    My daughter is obsessed and for good reason. This sign is perfection. Melissa did an excellent job. The shading and detail on each emoji is outstanding!

    It was not the pretty turquoise color pictured; it is a dark flat teal and it's ugly. Not using it until I can repaint it myself. It's literally just some wood slapped together, and mine arrived late of course, with the wrong color clips. I did receive the right clips a couple of weeks later, which didn't matter since I can't use the arrow. Also, it's very heavy wood, and since the corners pointing up don't line up, it just looks sloppy. I will not buy from this shop again. Very slow shipping, full of excuses as to why it took so long, and just bad customer service.

    Please be assured that the color used to paint your arrow was the exact color as shown in the photo. However, all screens may show colors differently and we have no control over that. Based on our correspondence, we offered numerous solutions for shipping options to expedite the delivery of your order. When you choose standard shipping, we are unable to speed up that time without a price increase of shipping options. We do use real wood and not mdf which will result in a sturdy piece that will last for years to come. While we pride ourselves on our work, we believe shopping handmade comes with the knowledge that no two pieces are exactly the same. We understand your choice to shop elsewhere and hope that you are able to continue to represent LuLaRoe elsewhere just as you have here.

    The wood is warped so the sign doesn't lay correctly. It always looks warped, plus it has a big knot hole which lies under the painting of the LLR logo. Shipping was a joke. It was posted as 3-4 weeks. I ordered it on Feb. 8th, got an email on Feb. 27th saying it would ship either that Saturday or Monday, and on March 12th I finally contacted her and asked if it had shipped, and she said she was planning to do it that week and ship it out! At this point I had been onboarded for a couple of weeks, and she was holding up my online launch because I couldn't take pics without the sign. I finally got it the following Wednesday after we agreed to "split shipping" to get it here quicker. I had already paid shipping so she at least didn't charge me more for that. I would not use this Etsy shop again for anything.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I only accept returns or exchanges on a case by case basis. Please contact me if you wish to inquire about a return or exchange and I can see if I can help.

Sizing details

All sizing is estimated and not exact as the wood is cut and then distressed. Finished products may be slightly larger or smaller than measurements listed.

How does your lead time work?

My lead time greatly depends on the number of orders pending at any given moment. It is generally a 3-4 week lead time; however, holidays and custom orders may add on a little longer time. Always feel free to email me with any questions!

Do you offer local pick up?

Of course!!! This is a great way to save on shipping and I get to personally meet my customers. You will need to make an appointment with me to determine best time for pick up.

Why is shipping so much?

I know...shipping costs are not fun. I do try to price all my products accordingly so you can still afford those shipping fees. Wood is heavy and we all like BIG signs to decorate with. I will always try to be conscious of economical shipping options to help you out.
